Different Eyes

Through the wasteland of my soul

I’ve been searching for the key

To why I’m trapped inside myself

When all I want is to be free

The mirror shows my face

But my eyes reveal the truth

Inverted joy of life

Lost in a broken dream

At last I’m free again to cast my shadow on the wall

How I’ve longed for this day

The colour’s blinding me, I see the world with different eyes
