I like drivin' those old dirt country roads

I love to listen to the sound of crickets on my back porch

I like catching fish on a cane pole just about sundown time

My kinda action is country relaxin'

I love four wheeling up into the mountains

I like the white water of mother nature's fountains

I love the high places without the traces of the noise and the smoke and factories

Now our lifestyle today is come and go and run

But people never can forget where they all came from

From the small towns and the big mountains and the country side of life

I love being with my sweet country girl

And gettin' loud and bein' proud of our special world
