Now We're Getting Warmer

Everything that is

Is only because its allowed to be

Passiveness strengthens the status quo

Passiveness lets nothing grow

Everything is deteriorating

Time stands still for no-one

Yet everyone watches time

You may think you’ve got lots of it

But why limit mine?

Any little effort made that is contrary to today’s warped

apathy

Is another step toward sanity

Creating more love & space for each other

Can’t be such a bad thing

Otherwise we’d crumble & tumble

Together, melting
