The group were big for just a year

and then the whole thing fell

they had nothing to fall back on

they fell pretty hard as you can tell

and now they're cleaning tables in the local bar

it wasn't all that long ago that they'd be told that they'd go far

She looks down on those who do not look up to her

she's a head above them all although she'll never be as tall

And everybody loves her they think that she is swell

But the one true problem is that she knows it all too well
