Feel I’ve just outgrown

all this looking charmed

for this life time

I’m lucky not to be on my own

no cause, as I head off into the sun

far away from the dreadhead pretenders

who think that their underground

as I’m sitting on the beach

don’t wanna admit to defeat

what I try is I persist

gets twisted about today
